3. Returns Process

  • Option 1: Reply to the receipt email you received, indicating your request for a return.
  • Option 2: Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number, and request for a return.
  • 3.2. If your return is approved, securely pack the product(s) in their original packaging, seal it, and attach the shipping label to the box, making sure it's flat.
  • 3.3. Drop off the package(s) at your chosen courier company location. Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment to deliver it to our physical location.
  • 3.4. Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund or replacement, as applicable.


4. Refunds

  • 4.1. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • 4.2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • 4.3. If a refund is issued, it may take some time for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
